CAKE FLAVORS
Angel Food: Containing no egg yolks, this "light as a cloud" cake is pure white on the inside, and has a light brown, chewy, exterior. Perfect with any type of berry and cream.
Apple: This cake batter is oil-based instead of butter, and includes Golden Delicious apples and roasted salted pecans. Nuts are optional.
Apple Pear: Made the same as our Apple cake, but also includes real Bartlett pears. Nuts are optional. One of our top five favorite flavors of all time.
Banana: Better than your grandmother’s banana bread, our recipe has been tweaked to perfection. Choice of walnuts, pecans, or no nuts.
Banana and Chocolate Chip: Our Banana cake recipe, with added chocolate chips. Nuts are optional.
Blueberry: Our take on blueberry muffins, makes a lovely cake. Made with fresh blueberries.

Pear: Made the same as our Apple cake, but with Bartlett pears instead of apples. Nuts are optional.
Pound Cake: The classic pound cake, found at many a Christmas party.
Pumpkin: Available year-round, this wonderful flavor is perfect for a fall celebration. Or any time, for that matter.

Vanilla (Yellow): The classic yellow cake, with pure vanilla beans.
White: The "traditional" wedding cake, it has no egg yolks to maintain its white appearance.
